1. Platform Owner
Ignite Solutions Pte. Ltd., Singapore, is the Platform Owner and Global Licensor of Whatsly. It owns or controls the software, platform technology, source code, interfaces, documentation, product name, branding and associated intellectual property.
The Platform Owner may sell Whatsly directly where no Authorized Reseller is appointed and may appoint Authorized Resellers for approved territories. Appointment does not transfer ownership of Whatsly.
2. How your Contracting Entity is determined
Your Contracting Entity is the legal entity from which you purchase the subscription. It must be identified before you commit to purchase and on the applicable checkout disclosure, Order Form, subscription confirmation or invoice.
The binding entity is determined by the actual sales channel, selected market, checkout configuration, signed Order Form, subscription confirmation and invoice issuer—not solely by IP geolocation.
An Authorized Reseller sells in its own name unless its reseller arrangement or a signed enterprise agreement expressly states otherwise. Customers in markets without an appointed reseller may contract directly with the Platform Owner.
3. Current schedule
This schedule identifies the currently supported commercial arrangements. Missing registration, tax, address or contact details are not replaced with invented information and should be confirmed in the applicable purchase documents.
| Market or sales arrangement | Contracting entity | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Saudi Arabia | Brightening Technology Company | Authorized reseller, local contracting entity, invoice issuer and local support provider |
| Direct international sale with no appointed reseller | Ignite Solutions Pte. Ltd. | Platform Owner and direct contracting entity |
| Market served by another Authorized Reseller | Entity identified before purchase and in the order or invoice | Local contracting entity |
| Signed enterprise agreement | Entity identified in the signed agreement | As specified in the agreement |
4. Authorized Reseller responsibilities
An Authorized Reseller is responsible for the local commercial sale, payment collection, applicable taxes and local services expressly included in its order. Its specific scope may include sales, invoicing, onboarding, account administration or first-line support.
An Authorized Reseller is not merely a payment processor or collection agent, but it does not own Whatsly. Its reseller rights are limited by its agreement with the Platform Owner.
5. Schedule updates and existing customers
The Platform Owner may appoint additional resellers and update this schedule without rewriting the complete global Terms. Adding an entity does not itself change an existing Customer’s Contracting Entity.
A material change affecting an existing Customer’s contract requires appropriate notice, must respect accrued rights, must disclose material billing or tax effects, and applies only where permitted by law. A Contracting Entity is not changed retroactively for an invoice already issued.
