Use an active Whatsly workspace with WooCommerce access, a connected WhatsApp number, WooCommerce administrator access and a dedicated API key with the messages:send scope.

02Install the Whatsly plugin
Download the plan-gated plugin from Whatsly, upload the ZIP through WordPress, then activate it for the store.
- Open Integrations > WooCommerce in Whatsly
- Download the plugin ZIP
- Upload it from WordPress Plugins > Add New
- Activate Whatsly for WooCommerce
03Connect the store
Copy the API base URL shown in your workspace, the connected device ID and the dedicated API credentials into WooCommerce > Whatsly. Save the default country code used by the store.
04Choose useful order workflows
Supported workflows cover new orders, processing or paid status, completion, cancellation, refund, COD confirmation and pending-payment reminders.

05Use supported template variables
Message templates can use customer, order, payment, store and phone details supplied by WooCommerce.

06Test and protect the connection
Use a dedicated key, keep its secret private, place a test order and review recent activity before enabling workflows for customers. Invalid or missing phone numbers are logged and skipped.
